Dentsu X navigates a turbulent year

Dentsu X needed inventiveness to make up for the dual challenge of pricing pressures from its clients that resulted in declining revenue in 2018 to try to stage a heroic comeback in 2019, a year in which Dentsu X’s leadership was turned upside down a few times. To distinguish itself, the agency is focusing on its data and analytics capabilities while collaborating with other DAN shops.

How well did Dentsu X respond to the challenges it faced in APAC in 2019?
