Lowe Singapore adds Ikea to its creative portfolio

SINGAPORE - Lowe Singapore has announced that it has been appointed to the Ikea business as an extension of the agency's successful regional relationship with the brand in Malaysia.

The appointment takes effect in January.

Coming on the back of the Carte D’or Unilever food solutions business win, this mandate would cover a multitude of work including through-the-line activities to engage consumers with the Ikea brand.

Commenting on the partnership, Rupen Desai, president at Lowe Asia-Pacific, said, “Lowe has a unique and differentiated advantage in the way teams work across geographical boundaries for making ambitious regional strategies and succeeding regionally and in local markets.

Lowe and Partners Malaysia was appointed as Ikea's regional creative agency late last year.
