IKEA | 2010 Catelogue | Australia

The 2010 catalogue is out and it is time for Australia to think about stocking up on new household items before it is too late.

Marketing agency Marketforce from Perth has created a series of ads telling what could go wrong if household goods become too old. The short and humorous clips present little scenarios that people have always taken for granted. The new ads are not aimed at the regular target audience of newly-weds that need a new home, or a family with children who devastate the furniture. Who would have thought a ripped ice-cube tray can cause so much trouble.

"The launch of IKEA's catalogue is a critical event in their marketing calendar and much anticipated by consumers," said Marketforce general manager, Carrick Robinson.
