Fox Networks Group Asia has appointed Angela Ryan as Head of Human Resources. Ryan was formerly Chief HR Officer, APAC, at GroupM. She replaces Linda Hui, who leaves the company after 11 years. 

Reprise relaunched in Malaysia, combining with IPG Mediabrands' agencies Ansible and Society. Darren Yuen will be Reprise group managing director in Malaysia, Stanley Clement MD for creative and content, Manu Menon MD for tech, product & innovation, and Anwer Khan VP for strategy and integration. 

Initiative Philippines hired Tricia Camarilllo-Quiambo as managing director, joining from BPI where she was head of brand and communications management. Camarilllo-Quiambo took on the role alongside being chief growth officer of IPG Mediabrands Philippines. 

Nielsen expanded its relationship with GroupM in APAC. The performance management company will now provide digital audience measurement to the WPP network across eight markets: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. 

Lenovo appointed Arcade as its lead creative agency in across APAC. Arcade will handle the brand's consumer marketing business, managing multi-platform campaigns focused on promoting Lenovo's Yoga range and ultra-slim devices. 

Hill+Knowlton Strategies launched a new Greater China office in Shenzhen. Florence Ouyang, formerly global communications director at TCL Communication, joined as director leading the new operations. H+K's Shenzhen office is its fifth in Greater China, along with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. 

J. Walter Thompson Perth appointed Joe Hawkins as creative director after he departed his role as creative group head at Marketforce.

Effective from 17 July, James Zhu will be PHD China's new managing director following the agency's recent win of HSBC’s global media duties. Zhu joined PHD after nine years at WPP, most recently as general manager at Wavemaker and previously partner at Mindshare. 

In-flight media agency IMM International announced the appointment of Olivier Marchal, who has formerly worked at iProspect and JCDecaux, as Asia Sales Director. Marchal will be based in Hong Kong and report to CEO Nicolas Devos. 

Opr promoted Jacquie Potter to managing director of its Melbourne PR operations. She has held leadership positions at the agency, previously part of Ogilvy, for 12 years. Potter will continue to lead Opr's American Express account.

Axa appointed MSL as its PR partner in Singapore, following a competitive pitch in April. The agency will look to build Axa's local brand presence and oversee media relations. 

Car brand Mini Asia re-appointed Singapore agency Duo Studio as its social media agency. Duo will handle all social media-related work for another year, with additional regional responsibilities across Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, New Caledonia and the Philippines. 

McCann Worldgroup hired Eric Chang as Taiwan CEO. Bringing 25 years' experience, Chang was most recently MD Taiwan and APAC VP business development at OgilvyOne, and has particular expertise in the finance, technology, consumer goods, telecoms and automotive sectors. 

Initiative won the campaign and non-campaign remits of the A$60 million media communications mandate for Western Australia, following a six-month pitch process. Helmed out of Initiative's Perth office, the agency will handle media strategy, planning, buying and other responsibilities for the Western Australia government. 

Singapore's Early Childhood Development Agency appointed Ogilvy as its marketing communications partner. Following a competitive pitch, Ogilvy will drive ECDA's efforts to attract early childhood educators, which include PR, advertising, digital, social media and events. 

McCann Worldgroup promoted Connie Lo president of McCann Health Greater China. Based in Shanghai, she will drive growth and cross-platform integration across McCann Health offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong. Lo was previously MD at McCann Health in Pearl River Delta and Shanghai.
