In the agreement, Toshiba will use a range of the NBA’s marketing and media programmes to promote its products to Filipino audiences.

Toshiba announced the partnership in conjunction with its launch of a range of products including HD television sets, PCs and a refrigerator model, each of which were positioned to enhance NBA fans’ experience when watching basketball games.

Both Toshiba and the NBA will launch a co-branded advertising campaign that will run throughout the NBA season across TV, NBA.com and NBA events.

“The incredible popularity of the NBA will immediately strengthen and energise Toshiba’s brand in the Philippines, and we look forward to growing with the league as we continue our product expansion,” Toshiba announced in a release.
