"Last year, our ICON Weddings supplement was one of the most widely read of its kind in the market. We hope for continuous support from both readers and industry players in the fine jewellery, wedding apparel and beauty industry," said Ms Elsie Yah, managing editor of ICON and ICON Weddings.

Commenting on the launch, Mr Dennis Pua, managing director of SPH Magazines said: "ICON Weddings will provide a comprehensive guide on anything and everything related to the wedding industry, which our advertisers will find as the perfect publication to reach out to the Mandarin-speaking society elite."

The magazine will feature wedding couture and evening gowns, profiles of married couples, bespoke jewellery, perfumes, makeup artists and the best luxury honeymoon and spa destinations.

ICON Weddings is a brand extension of ICON, a Chinese language luxury and fashion magazine that was launched in 2006 and caters to the bilingual elite. The wedding magazine will retail for S$12 per copy and be distributed at selected hotels and country clubs.
