RAPP will be providing communications strategy, branding development and support, as well as implementation and execution of the loyalty programme.

Established in 2009, the card programme was developed to offer comprehensive disease management to Pfizer consumers, which includes tailor-made privileges such as nursing support, news updates and gifts. Members get rewards points, and Pflzer can track patients medical history more easily and efficiently.

"We are very pleased to be working with a business of such stature and excellence as Pfizer," said Richard Thomas, president and CEO at DDB Group and RAPP Worldwide Hong Kong.

"This appointment will allow us to demonstrate our aptitude in turning data driven insights into communications programmes that add value to the business."
