Power of reading triumphs over riot police in bookstore ad

It seems odd for a bookstore named after the world's most famous pacifist to stage a violent riot, even for an ad, but this campaign for Ghandi Bookstores of Mexico is all about the power of reading. As Ad Nut's UK colleagues report, the brand is known for its powerful advertising.

A second spot called "evolution" (below), which will air at the same time, is a lot more fun.
