New categories for Agency of the Year Awards 2017

AOY 2017 introduces two new regional categories recognising exemplary work in social media and mobile marketing.

New categories for Agency of the Year Awards 2017

Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Agency of the Year Awards is now open for entries for excellent agency work in the following regions: Australia/New Zealand, Greater China, Japan/Korea, Southeast Asia and South Asia. Entries that have been submitted for the Agency Network Categories (Creative, Media and Digital) and are shortlisted will be eligible to compete for the overall Network of the Year awards.

For 24 years, the mission of AOY has been to celebrate the individuals, leadership and work driving Asia-Pacific’s advertising and communications industry forward. With this in mind, Campaign is proud to announce two new categories to the regional awards to encompass a broader scope of today’s agency work.

Mobile Marketing Agency of the Year

This award recognises the best agencies specialising in providing the best mobile marketing solutions/strategy across a range of mobile platforms.

Social Media Agency of the Year

This award recognises the best agencies specialising in providing the best social media solutions, innovative use of social platforms and strategies for engaging consumers in the social space.

Marketer of the Year

Returning to the Regional Awards for the first time since 2012, this award recognises the individual marketer within a client company who has had the biggest impact on the brand, whether local or regional. Judges will consider the scope of the individual’s responsibilities, effectiveness of the marketing strategy against objectives during the eligibility period, the individual’s strategic skills and insights into core business issues, and how they have influenced and driven business performance for both their client’s brand and their agency.

Ready to make your mark? Please send us your submissions here.

Entry deadlines:

  • Early entry deadline: September 1
