In collaboration with its Singapore and Kuala-Lumpur offices, the new unit will offer mobile advertising and app store solutions to the local market in Thailand.

Tero Turunen, CEO for 24MAS, said the firm will also partner with one of Thailand's largest mobile operators in a deal to be announced soon. He said that will add up to make 24MAS a key player in Thailand within a very short period. "By having local presence and a thorough knowledge of what our clients’ and markets’ needs are, we believe we can be one of the pioneers in launching a full mobile media solution in the Thai market,” he said.

The company said the new office will also open up an opportunity to further research the market infrastructure and culture preferences of the local people, helping brands and advertisers to capitalise on growing trends in the region.
