Komli Media hires sales director, country lead in the Philippines

MANILA – Komli Media has appointed Samir Ahmed as its sales director and country lead for the Philippines.

Ahmed will be responsible for managing the company’s portfolio of digital advertising solutions in display, social, video and mobile in the Philippines. He joins from UPFRONT Media.

Mathew Ward, chief revenue officer for Komli SEA, said the Philippines is an important market for the business.

He said, “We are very excited to have an experienced and talented manager like Samir lead our team in this high growth market.”

Samir added, “Komli is set to be a key strategic player in the Philippines digital space with our strong suite of products in a market at the tipping point, where sizeable media spends are being shifted to online."
