Hennessy VSOP | Bringing the Music Online | China

Hennessy VSOP is extending its branding initiative in China with an online music drive.

Hennessy VSOP | Bringing the Music Online | China
After beginning music road shows across China in September, Proximity Live is now taking the Hennessy VSOP Music experience to all Chinese netizens. This annual Hennessy Artistry is a music platform that attracts musicians across the world for a mega concert.

In the countdown to the event, the Hennessy China website teamed with Youku to make the thematic soundtrack available to visitors to the site. Visitors are encouraged to remix the song and upload their own version on the web and create, as Proxmity Live describes, “the world’s largest music ensemble online.”

Winners of the best song remix and music video are invited to attend the finale concert held in Guangzhou on 28 November.

The campaign also extends to social media. Jude Robert, managing partner at Proximity Live: “Carefully selected seeding was important for this campaign to help promote the mini-site as well as the brand and upcoming concert event.”
