Yang replaces Warren Wang who resigned from the company this summer. Both Yang and Chin will report to Darby C. Doll, the company's China managing director.

Prior to joining Golin Harris, Yang (pictured left) led the Volkswagen account and played a key role in business development efforts for Ruder Finn in China.

She also held management positions with Ketchum and Oglivy PR in China, providing counsel to clients such as Mead Johnson Nutrition, China Mobile, Watsons, McDonald’s, P&G, Wrigley, Heinz, Swatch, FedEx, Kodak, Ericsson, Allianz and Oracle.

At the Beijing office, Yang will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business, new client business development and managing the office’s major accounts.

Chin (pictured right) has been at Golin Harris for nine years, most recently as director of the food and nutrition practice in Shanghai.

In her new role, she will oversee the daily operations of Golin Harris Shanghai in addition to continuing to build the agency’s consumer marketing and food and nutrition practices nationally. Chin has served clients including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Zespri New Zealand Kiwifruit, General Mills, Lee Kum Kee and Semir.

“Bringing Eddi on board and promoting Sarah sends a clear message to clients and potential clients that Golin Harris is here to provide the counsel, creativity and professionalism they crave in the China market,” said Doll.
