DBS Bank chief offers public apology for its service disruption

SINGAPORE – DBS Bank CEO, Piyush Gupta (pictured), has offered a public apology to his customers for the inconvenience caused by the sudden disruption of it banking and ATM services for nearly seven hours earlier this week.
