Creative Minds: Vincent Tay wonders what Michael Jordan's hang time feels like

1. How did you end up being a creative?

I love visual art, crafting, laughing, music, and problem solving with lateral thinking. Being a creative allows me to do all that for a living.

2. What's your favourite piece of work in your portfolio?

Heineken social tree (see video below).

3. What's your favourite piece of work created by someone else?

Alone with Me (see video below)

Banksy.

5. What kind of student were you? 

Impatient, inquisitive, art-based and experimental.

6. What's the craziest thing you have done?

Direct [former English football player] Wayne Rooney in an ad.

7. What's on your bucket list? 

Owning a villa on a cliff off the Mediterranean sea with an art studio and a vegetable garden.

8. Who do you admire? 

Micheal Jordan. I would love to imagine how 0.92 seconds of hang-time feels.

9. Who’s on your dream dinner guest list (alive or dead)?

Zheng He.

10. Tell us about the worst job you ever had.

Helping my dad in his optical shop. Boredom is my enemy.
