Coca-Cola rolls out premium tea brand

HONG KONG - Coca-Cola has launched a new cold tea drink, tapping newly-formed creative shop Metta to develop the campaign.

Coca-Cola rolls out premium tea brand
It is the first campaign since Metta won the pitch for the account. Universal McCann handles media, which include TV, print and point-of-sale.

A late entrant to the market, Nestea Authentic Tea House Premium Oolong is being positioned as a superior tea with a strong aftertaste, to differentiate the brand from key competitors Tao Ti and Robiff. The cast of the TVC features actor Paul Chin as a brewmaster teaching singer Hins Cheung how to appreciate the tea.

Metta handles other projects for Coke, recently overseeing the launch of a commercial for Health Work’s Snow Fungus drink, a throat tonic aimed at combating the effects of the intense Hong Kong lifestyle on the dulcet tones of the drinkers.
