The two-year retainer contract started on 15 July. It is understood the incumbents were Weber Shandwick and Waggener Edstrom.

GolinHarris is tasked with providing traditional public relations and social-media services across multiple platforms, as well as fulfilling the communication and branding objectives of the airport group through a truly integrated approach—including promoting and building brand affinity through online and offline outreach, and promoting Singapore’s premier airport as a progressive and innovative destination.

Pamela Tor Das, executive director of corporate and public affairs practice for GolinHarris, said the agency’s 'g4' model will provide an integrated traditional and digital communications programme to support the airport group in achieving its communications objectives and brand vision.
