The appointment comes after a two-year stint as regional finance director, South and Southeast Asia, for Asia Media Asia Pacific. Prior to Aegis, Allard was regional finance director for DraftFCB Asia Pacific and Africa between 2005 to 2009.

Commenting on Allard's performance, Pacchini said, "His track record here is already exemplary.  He addressed many of the challenges in evolving our financial reporting and outcomes from 2000 to 2005, and remains a principal architect of the highly efficient and effective financial platforms we have in the region today.  We are thrilled he is returning to DraftFCB.”

Before Allard's appointment, the agency network's regional financial operations had reported to CFO Nagesh Alai, who also served a dual role as CFO of DraftFCB Ulka's Indian operations.

"With India being one of DraftFCB’s nine strategic hub markets, and with that country’s trajectory moving so quickly, Alai will now focus primarily on our dynamic and growing agencies in the Ulka portfolio. He and our Indian operations will report directly into our worldwide headquarters,” said Miller.
