Li, who joined on 15 October, will drive customer relationship management (CRM), database marketing and advanced analytics solutions for Wunderman clients in China, such as Land Rover and Ford. She reports to Bryce Whitwam, managing director of Wunderman Shanghai.
Li brings with her more than 13 years of CRM experience in both client and agency roles. Prior to this appointment, she was the head of analytics and insights at RAPP/DDB China. Before that, she held CRM positions for Merkle and Saks Fifth Avenue.
“With the convergence of social [media] and e-commerce, China is undergoing a major marketing transformation and data is at the core of everything,” Whitwam commented.
