Lui has more than 12 years' experience across digital industries in Asia, with specialisation in platform implementation. He was most recently managing partner of XM's consulting unit in Asia-Pacific. He has also been responsible for the expansion of several key relationships, including accounts with the Singapore Tourism Board, HP, Nokia, and Visa.

Prior to joining XM, Lui was a senior associate (technology) with Ion Global.

Paul Soon, CEO of XM Asia-Pacific, said the appointment would help the company further expand throughout the region. "XM helped pioneer digital marketing and technology in Asia-Pacific, and our footprint will continue to grow rapidly across Southeast Asia in 2012," he said. "Vince has built out key parts of our business, and is in a perfect place to manage our expansion."

“I look forward with anticipation to this new challenge," Lui said. "There’s a lot of great work going on at XM, and it’s truly an exciting time for our agency."
