The responsibility of the contract is to handle the booking of advertisements for SCS, representing three attractions, namely Science Centre, Omni-Theatre and Snow City, across different media.

The contract also includes media bookings for the Singapore Science Festival, to be held 1 April to 31 October.

The appointed media agency will be asked to craft a media strategy for SCS attractions according to the budget and to provide advice on various platforms (including digital), effectiveness and return on investment.

The agency is also required to provide advertising quotations in Singapore and across the region, as well as media buying. A quarterly review and analysis of the media strategy and return on investment should be provided, and quarterly hard-copy reports with actual media clippings are to be submitted to SCS for retention.
