GHC’s clients in Beijing include Swire Hotels, The Opposite House, boutique property Hotel G, and restaurants like Green T House, 1949 and Shiro Matsu, while its Shanghai office handles JIA Shanghai, 1933, and KEE Shanghai, Asia Luxury Travel Market, the first annual regional event for the luxury travel industry in Asia.

Both offices will also serve regional accounts including One & Only Resorts, Silversea Cruises and COMO Hotels & Resorts.

“With growing opportunities in China, many travel companies' long term views are to have a prominent China presence. Our challenge is to hire people with the right qualifications in travel and tourism to serve our clients in the Greater China market,” said Lynn Grebstad, partner of GHC.

“With these two offices in the key cities of Beijing and Shanghai, plus our main office in Hong Kong and our Southeast Asian branch in Singapore, GHC is now well-placed to handle cost-effective public relation campaigns throughout the region,” said GHC founding partner Paul Hicks.

As managing director Beijing, Rhoda Adams will work closely with Gary Yu, managing director GHC Shanghai.
