Joseph, who led Dentsu Young & Rubicam Malaysia for over 20 years, will be managing People 'n Rich's stable of companies which include MCC (Media Consortium Corporation), Display Asia (environmental branding) and Ambient Media (out-of-home and shopper marketing).

In a phone interview with Campaign Singapore today, Steven said that Joseph would bring with him a new level of professionalism as well as an international set of standards - both of which were needed to take the agency to the next level.

"It's great to have him on board and to see where his vision for the industry as a whole takes the group," said Steven. "It's time for new people on board with wider exposure in the business," he added.
