The brief was called two weeks and the pitch is scheduled this week. It is understood that five agencies are involved in the pitch, namely DM Pratama, Fortune, macs 909, Matari and Oze.

In September last year, the auto brand picked DM Pratama Communications for the creative duties for a new SUV (sports utility vehicle) model, slated to be launched this year.

The appointment came after a four-way pitch, which also included Fortune and Oze.

Daihatsu also handed the integrated campaign for another SUV vehicle, Terios, to Oze in August 2010, following a three-way pitch involving DDB, Grey and Dwi Sapta.

Oze has handled Terios since its launch in 2006 through the umbrella campaign ‘Play your wild side’.

According to a survey compiled by Nielsen in partnership with Campaign, Daihatsu is Indonesia's fourth most popular automotive brand, behind Toyota, Honda and BMW.
