IPR Team is a global network of independent public relations consultancies that provides a mechanism for organisations seeking overseas representation to find a suitable consultancy in their target markets.

It spans 24 countries including Australia, China, India, Thailand and Vietnam. The group has also recently appointed Ulrich Griffiths, the founder of Griffiths Consulting from Germany, as its new president. Huntington Communications is the only Singapore partner.

Lena Soh-Ng, senior partner of Huntington Communications, noted that this partnership gives Huntington the resources to handle cross-border businesses. “We are able to provide high-quality PR work for clients of our partners in other parts of the world," Soh-Ng said. "At the same time, we have a solution for our clients who require work to be done in other cities.”

Among the upcoming projects Huntington Communications will be working on with the IPR team is Vivid Sydney 2012. To be held from 25 May to 11 June, the event is an annual festival of light, music and ideas, featuring the illumination of the Sydney Opera House.

In its fourth year, the festival features low-energy light installations and large scale projections (Vivid Light), family events, music performances and collaborations (Vivid Live), creative ideas, public talks, industry seminars, workshops and debates (Vivid Ideas).
