SHANGHAI - Rapp Collins, the direct marketing arm of DDB, has made a slew of new hires to meet the growing needs of its existing business.

New account director Annie Ho has been poached from Tequila, and boasts previous experience with JWT in Shanghai, as well as Ogilvy and Leo Burnett in Taiwan. She will be supported by new account manager Rae Shen, who was previously with I-Merger Interactive Marketing and has client-side experience from her time at Westin Hotels.

Senior account manager Naomi Allen has been promoted to associate account director, while Fiona Zang and Jennifer Li have been hired as account
