SINGAPORE - The Ministry of Manpower in Singapore has put up a tender for an advertising agency to develop a campaign targeting foreign workers in the construction sector.

According to the tender document, the appointed agency will be charged with an “integrated communications” drive “to educate foreign workers on local laws as well as their rights and responsibilities related to employment and workplace safety”.

The campaign will focus on workers from Bangladesh, India, Thailand and China who are employed in industries such as construction, shipyards and metalworking.

There is no incumbent for the account, according to a ministry spokesperson.
