Relaunched as MeRadio.sg, the current MeRadio mobile app will be upgraded next quarter to provide the complete music service, with which subscribers and radio listeners will be able to buy songs or stream music offline. Meanwhile, they will also be able to access a streaming-music library via personal computers.

“MeRadio.sg is an evolution of how we now consume music,” said Florence Lian, managing director, radio division at MediaCorp. “Besides the 13 free online radio stations, they can now create and listen to their own music playlist on MeRadio.sg.”

For agencies and advertisers, besides the standard web banner space within the portal, MeRadio.sg also offers customised music-related campaigns.

While MediaCorp radio personalities, artists and celebrities are invited to curate and share their personal music playlists on MeRadio.sg, members can now follow their favourite artistes and DJs to enjoy these playlists or create personal playlists to share with the music community.

They can also browse the latest music reviews, complete with music videos, catch up on the latest music news, be informed of upcoming concerts and share their concert experiences.
