The Hoffman Agency Singapore will help develop and execute media strategies, including brand positioning, message development, media relations, and social media outreach, to promote Lien AID’s activities in the region.

Lien AID aims to raise its profile and position itself as a Singapore-based NGO that makes clean water and proper sanitation accessible to Asian communities in need, thereby helping to alleviate poverty by assisting them to address the basic need for clean water.

A few campaigns involving water projects in Cambodia and China are currently in the pipeline and will be announced later this year, according to the agency.

“Singapore is definitely in the position to help the less fortunate communities in Asia that do not have access to clean water,” said Shawn Balakrishnan, deputy general manager of The Hoffman Agency Singapore. “Our country not only has the highest concentration of millionaire households but volunteerism rate has also risen over the years and donations to charitable organisations doubled from 2011 to 2012 according to the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre.”
