Convergys delivers a broad range of customer care and billing solutions, backed by technology, business analytics, and consulting services to enable organisations worldwide to improve their business performance.

The aim of the campaign is to increase awareness and understanding of Convergys' solutions among business decision makers in Southeast Asia and build on the company's profile as a thought leader in the information management and relationship management space.

“Lewis' experience working with global technology companies, combined with its media expertise, made it a great fit for Convergys,” said Nigel Barrick, director of international marketing (APAC and EMEA) at Convergys.

“As the leader in relationship management, we needed a PR firm which could help elevate our message in Southeast Asia. Lewis' proactive nature and ideas for the campaign fit the bill,” Barrick said.

“Convergys is the leader in its field,” said James Brasher (pictured), managing director of Lewis Asia-Pacific. “We're excited to help the company raise its profile and highlight the unique superiority of its approach, solutions, and services.”

Lewis was selected following a competitive pitch. The campaign commenced in July.
