Kohler appoints Leo Burnett as creative agency in India

NEW DELHI - International leader and manufacturer of kitchen and bath décor products, Kohler, has appointed Leo Burnett as its creative agency in India.

The appointment follows a competitive multi-agency review and Leo Burnett was awarded the business after two rounds of selection meetings.

Kohler Co. entered the Indian market in 2006 with the launch of its iconic range of bathroom products that include toilets, lavatories, faucets, bathtubs, whirlpools and showers.

Headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, Kohler’s operations are spread across the country. Its manufacturing unit in Gujarat is the firm’s 50th worldwide and one of its largest manufacturing facilities in Asia.

The plant in India further serves as an export hub catering to the European and U.S. markets.

On appointing Leo Burnett, Vikas Gupta, president of Kohler India, said: “Leo Burnett is known for its ability to aptly partner with brands and provide unique creative solutions that help brands in creating a space in the minds of the customers. We hope to achieve the same with Leo Burnett.”
