6.2mm ZTE Athena gunning for 'World's thinnest smartphone' title

Chinese manufacturer ZTE teases absurdly thin smartie that makes the Motorola RAZR look like a brick. The Athena, teased in a series of snaps on China's Sina Weibo social network, is reportedly a mere 6.2mm thick. ZTE's keeping schtum on the Athena's detailed specs for the time being, but has revealed that it will come packing a 720p display, multi-core Cortex-A15 processor and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, with up to 64GB of storage.
