VIDEO: Casbaa wrap-up | Day one

HONG KONG - The first of MediaTV's video wrap-ups of the Casbaa (Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia) Convention quizzes delegates about some of the key themes emerging from the conference.

The video features interviews with senior Casbaa executives on the current state of the pay-TV market in Asia, following news that the number of multichannel homes has risen this year to 326 million across Asia.

The issue of digital, and how the pay-TV industry should react, is also addressed.

Finally, the video features action from the Convention's two parties on Wednesday night: cocktails hosted by Disney and a party thrown by HBO.
