Promote Mandarin Council | Speak Mandarin Campaign 2009 | Singapore

The Promote Mandarin Council has developed an integrated project for this year's Speak Mandarin campaign.

A series of seven TVCs debuted this week to generate awareness, featuring foreign children telling stories and their dreams in Mandarin. All media platforms for the campaign, such as print work that poses trival questions, are designed to drive traffic to the online ‘Chinese Challenge’ competition.
