Best spaces to work: Publicis Media Singapore

Publicis Media has united its brands under one roof in its new Singapore office, where encouraging shared working behaviours is a priority.

Publicis Media Singapore, which includes brands like Starcom, Zenith and Performics, moved to their new office in Mapletree Anson, south Singapore, in May.

With the different brands now united under one roof, a physical reflection of Publicis’ 2016 shift to a less-siloed business model, the agency hopes teams will be able to work in a more connected and more efficient way.

While each brand’s unique propositions are communicated through colours in their respective spaces, employees can also practice hot-desking around the office, which Publicis says encourages both ‘vertical and lateral’ thinkers to work on client projects together and develop speedier results.

The new office design includes Singaporean elements like Peranakan tiles and is a response to feedback from employees, who wanted to see a well-stocked pantry and more varied working areas. Meeting room names have been chosen by majority vote and the company is preparing to make further changes based on ongoing feedback.

Note: 'Best spaces to work' merely highlights new and cool workspaces; it should not be interpreted as an endorsement of a company's overall work experience.
