TSLA scores 'Romancing Singapore' brief

The government-initiated scheme began in 2002 as a marketing drive to tackle Singapore’s low birth rate and barrel bottom ranking in Durex’s annual sex survey.

Past initiatives have included a website filled with local dating tips, F&B promotions and hotel discounts.

The campaign kickstarts next month with viral and interactive elements, with above-the-line work to follow.
