Toys "R" Us consolidates regional brief with OneXeno

HONG KONG - Toys "R" Us has expanded its relationship with OneXeno Hong Kong to include all of its email marketing to its Star Card members across China, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

"The goal is to build customer loyalty through centralised email communication and advance segmentation in one hub," said OneXeno business director Yoyo Ng.

Driving store purchase from online advertising is becoming a higher priority for Toys "R" Us.

"We take sophisticated email engine and data analysis very seriously, added Argha Sen, head of marketing at Toys "R" Us Asia. Email marketing is a very powerful way for us to build relationships with our customers and get their response."
