QSR Brands sticks with status quo

QSR Brands, the operator of KFC and Pizza Hut in Singapore and Malaysia, has concluded its lengthy advertising review by retaining its current creative incumbents: BBDO Singapore and Ogilvy & Mather Malaysia.

While QSR Brands senior GM for group marketing Lawrence Ding did not respond to request for comment, sources confirmed with Media that current creative arrangements will remain in place after a review that also reportedly included McCann Erickson. BBDO Singapore handles KFC in both markets and Pizza Hut in Singapore, while Ogilvy handles Pizza Hut in Malaysia.

Meanwhile, media arrangements are also expected to remain unchanged; MindShare handles the two brands in Singapore, with Carat similarly retained in Malaysia.
