KUALA LUMPUR - Publicis Malaysia has won a brief for Nike Football for the upcoming AFF Suzuki Cup 2008 following a pitch.

Publicis has been briefed to build up the Nike Football brand around the Southeast Asian football tournament and to launch communications to promote the Malaysian national football team.

Andy Soong, ECD of Publicis Malaysia, said: “Local football chat forums and conversations of real fans from the streets were great inspiration for our work. This helped us create stories around the team that’ll spark conversations amongst the fans. And hopefully, boost support for the team in the upcoming tournament.”
