MEDIA-I: DraftWorldwide clients to test eCRM software

DraftWorldwide has extended its eCRM offering and strategy across

Asia through a partnership with Valueflash (Hong Kong). The agency plans

to test the service with clients in October.

Vflash is a direct marketing tool that delivers content to computer

users.

It allows advertisers to communicate directly with customers by sending

messages and content to the user's desktop, rather than as email

messages.

The tool aims to improve response rates and ROI through marketing

directly to individual consumers.

Vflash can be installed through a CD, email or via the internet, and the

messages can contain sound and video.

Once installed, users will see an icon blink as an alert for a new

message.
