Garnier had previously held director-level appointments with distribution, sales and commercial development with Hilton's international division, and has been with the hotel group since February 2003.

Flack, a 20-year industry veteran, will oversee Hilton’s brand marketing strategies and functions worldwide, including public relations, strategic partnerships and brand promotions for the leisure and business segments, as well as Hilton Hotels corporate identity and online tools and resources.

In addition, Flack will support the hotel group’s marketing and business development efforts for the customer marketing group, Hilton HHonors programmes, and hotel opening marketing initiatives around the globe.
