Spotify on Facebook. Reports are already surfacing that claim an integrated service is being tested now and will launch in just two weeks. Users can expect a Spotify icon on their Facebook homepage that will install the service on their desktops and allow them to listen to music with friends simultaneously. After the recent Facebook deal with Warner Brothers to stream movies, the social website may soon be a one-stop shop for all entertainment, social or otherwise. It may also provide some script fodder for The Social Network 2.

Dell releases the XPS 15z

If all you’ve ever wanted was a thin, portable laptop with a screen bigger than a postage stamp and more oomph than a smart car, then you’re in luck – Dell hopes to quench your technological thirst with the newly released XPS 15z. The 0.97-inch-thick offering manages to pack in a Full HD display, a choice of second-generation Intel Sandy Bridge processors, up to 2GB of NVIDIA discrete graphics and up to 8GB of RAM. New video! HTC 7 Pro review

When Microsoft announced Windows Phone 7, HTC led the pack by launching the most handsets - the HD7, Mozart and Trophy. Since then, it's decided to pair Windows Phone 7 with a solid, physical keyboard. The result? A chunky beast of a handset, tipping the scales at 185g with a 16mm girth. Its keyboard makes it a great business phone, and a mobile typists dream, but is it let down by the rest of its spec-list? Rumour Mill - iPhone 5 to get curved glass screen

To increase production, Apple has just bought 200-300 glass-cutting machines that specialise in curved screens. The next big release that would require a higher production rate has got to be the iPhone 5. Until now, rumours have suggested an incremental step to an iPhone 4S, but this change of screen glass would suggest a new look and a more drastic change to an iPhone 5.

The official ‘Mango’ update will offer a barrage of improvements, including webOS-like multitasking, a location-based IE9 browser, Bing vision search and a fancier email inbox view. The new social thread feature also handily lets you seamlessly communicate with your friends via messenger, Facebook and SMS on a single screen. Choosing your next smartphone just got a little more complicated, as it’ll come to all existing WinPho handsets, too. Watch video...

All feature 3in touchscreens, 3.2MP cameras and microphones to record notes and geo-referenced videos. New video! Dell Venue Pro review

The Venue Pro marks Dell's first foray into the world of Windows Phone 7. It's distinctive sliding portrait keyboard gives it a unique edge, but its pocket-punishing size could ultimately be its downfall. Still, if you're dying to hop on the Windows Phone 7 bandwagon, and crave a tag team operation consisiting of a physical interface for typing missives at top speed, and a touchscreen experience, the Dell Venue Pro is worth a look in.
