Best spaces to work: Reload Shanghai

Reload's Shanghai office feels more like a theme park.

A recent visit by Campaign Asia-Pacific to the busy office of independent agency Reload in Shanghai took us on a whimsical ride through an incredible array of themed workspaces.

In the foyer we entered a classic American diner lunchroom, then meandered through a little French quarter, a kids playground with slide and ball pen, a secret forest, a camper van, and a blue-sky idea room with planes and clouds.

Big pillows abound, along with sunken desks and workspaces in the oddest nook. There's even a hamster wheel for employees to work off pent up energy if they're feeling like... well, hamsters in a cage.

But cubicle hell this is not. It's very much a busy mini-theme park, minus the rides.

Note: 'Best spaces to work' merely highlights new and cool workspaces; it should not be interpreted as an endorsement of a company's overall work experience.
