XM Asia debuts with high-level speakers
SINGAPORE XM Asia has confirmed its conference programme and key note speaker roster for its first event in the region. The XM Asia Internet and E-Commerce for Exhibitions is a sister event to the successful Xm Europe events organisers hope with become and annual conference in Asia Pacific. XM Asia will be held at Suntec Singapore on January 21 and 22. The theme "Internet and E-commerce for Exhibition Organisers" is aimed at providing delegates an answer to the question: is it worth investing in the Internet? All exhibition organisers in the Asian-Pacific region who are interested in generating new streams of revenue through the Internet have been invited. Keynote speakers are Mr Peter Sutton from CMP Asia, Hong Kong and Mr Jime Essink from the Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs, the Netherlands. Other speakers will share their experiences on going on-line, doing registrations on-line, having the speaker manual on-line and the result of having virtual exhibitions. The exhibition will consist of suppliers to the exhibition industry, who have new, innovative products or services. The XM Asia website (www.xmasia.org) provides a match making programme, which enables all delegates to arrange meetings before the event by allowing delegates to search profiles or areas of interest of fellow participants.
