Said Tim Isaac, regional chairman, Bates 141 following the appointment of John Ng as MD Bates 141 Singapore and Patrick Leclercq as chief strategist, “John and Patrick are critical to the vision of the Singapore office as an incubator for a completely new model of agency.”

Leclercq was previously marketing director and partner at Ogilvy New York, where he was the co-lead for IBM’s worldwide advertising account.
