Publicis Singapore names new GM

Mumbai - Publicis Asia-Pacific has transferred Mumbai SVP Ambba Kuthiala (pictured) to Singapore, where she will serve as regional business director and a general manager of the Singapore office, reporting to Thomas Neo, CEO of Publicis Singapore.

Current Mumbai VP Dipika Narayan has been promoted to the SVP role and will oversee Publicis India’s Mumbai operations.

“As people grow, they need new challenges and we are committed to providing them,” said Publicis India CEO, Nakul Chopra.

Additionally, Publicis India has appointed Ogilvy & Mather senior creative director Emmanuel Upputuru as a national creative director (NCD), the highest-seated creative role at an agency. According to Chopra, the NCD role was vacant for a few years as “we were looking for the right person."
