The agency's managing consultant, Celene Lim, confirmed that the account was won through referral, after handling work for Aktiv Elite advisor and co-founder Henry Hsu on a previous assignment for MobileOne.

"The challenge is to build an elite community of friends of Thailand, who want to visit it more," said Lim.

The TEC programme aims to build membership among high-yield individuals and business leaders who have business and social interests in Thailand.

Members receive special privileges, including free spa treatments, free golfing and free business class tickets.

"We will identify the target audience and invite them for exclusive previews and parties," said Lim.

The programme kicked off in late April with an exclusive launch preview trip to Bangkok for leading Singapore business personalities. Lim confirmed that Malaysia and Philippines will receive similar previews before the end of the year.
