Pepsi hooks new variant to launch of Batman movie
Mirinda Batman Blast Berry Fusion will be available across India until August 15. "PepsiCo has globally partnered for the release of the blockbuster film, and to commemorate the film, Mirinda has introduced the special edition variant," said Lloyd Mathias, executive VP -- marketing, Pepsi.

The new beverage is made from a combination of grapes and black currant, according to the company, which has designed the packaging based on the theme of the new film, Batman Begins. "Thrill is one aspect that is common to both Batman Begins and Mirinda Batman Blast Berry Fusion. Targeted at the youth, Batman Blast Berry Fusion is a celebration of that fun, thrill and exhilaration," he added.

Last year, Mirinda teamed up for the launch of Spider-Man 2, however the association did not stretch to the introduction of a new variant.
