MANILA - OMD Philippines is on the lookout for a new head following the retirement of Ador Perez (pictured), its chief operating officer, who spent three years with the agency.

OMD Philippines COO retires
Hermie De Leon, president and CEO of Omincom Media Group Philippines will oversee both the OMD and PHD’s operations in the meantime.

“We’re looking for somebody who can grow the business and take OMD to the next level. Someone who will be a good mentor, too,” said De Leon.

“Jim [Goh, regional MD of OMD Southeast Asia] has been very supportive in my role running both networks. We’re planning to house OMD and PHD in one building with separate floors, so that they can be run independently,” she added.

Perez, who spent three years with the media agency and oversaw its launch, is retiring after 20 years in the media business.
