Movers: Appointment at CNBC Asia Pacific

CNBC Asia Pacific has named Adrian New as senior vice-president, advertising sales and marketing. New has 16 years' of management and marketing experience. He will be responsible for developing and implementing ad sales and marketing strategies in the region. New was previously president of Red Mandarin Asia-Pacific, a sponsorship consultancy. Prior to that, he held various positions at Visa International in the UK, including senior vice-president for advertising, promotions and sponsorships.
